Plant Manager is responsible for leading all manufacturing operations of the site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Eaton’s Culture Model.
The role has full accountability for site performance through the SQDICP framework (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory/Cost, and People) and is responsible for achieving the site's agreed H5 operational and business objectives.
