This is a remote role with 1-2 office days per month in our Slough office.

What you'll do:

  • You will be responsible for driving profitable growth through distributor and partner relationships, using structured portfolio planning, value-based selling, and disciplined pipeline management.
  • The role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent time management, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain portfolio, territory, and account action plans based on market analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and demand planning to ensure high forecast accuracy.
  • Drive lead generation, qualification, and prospect nurturing across assigned channels and territories.
  • Plan and execute call cycles, customer engagements, and outbound sales activities.
  • Apply value-based selling to uncover customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through deal closure and post-sale follow-up.
  • Track and advance deals through CRM with disciplined pipeline and risk management.
  • Lead partner engagement, including Partner Advantage Program performance and growth initiatives.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) adoption by defining targets and driving market uptake.
  • Collaborate with customer service and internal teams to manage quality processes, complaints, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B channel sales, account management, or partner sales.
  • Industry experience in the electrical, IT, data centre, or industrial technology sectors preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close opportunities through partners.
