Eaton Syalon are supporting a growing SME with the appointment of an experienced HR Manager. This is a genuinely hands on, standalone generalist role across a multi-site operation in the East Midlands.
You will own the day-to-day HR agenda, advising the leadership team and handling ER, recruitment, payroll or policy issues as they arise. You will work across sites, driving people initiatives, policies and compliance, while partnering with the CEO and leaders on wider priorities.
