Whichever site becomes your home base, youll play a key role in connecting our UK aerospace network and helping drive excellence across multiple locations.What youll do:Eatons IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Network Supplier Performance Manager.The Network Supplier Performance Manager reports to the Operations Fulfilment Manager in a newly expanded organization dedicated to improving the global performance of Eaton Aerospace FMC suppliers globally. This role will be partnered with the network planning organization, manufacturing facilities and the Procurement Center of Excellence to ensure the proper flow of material to meet and exceed customer expectations and address under-performing suppliers to drive and sustain supplier performance improvements for the assigned network. Responsibilities: Direct supplier recovery efforts by developing and executing corrective action plans, monitoring supplier performance, mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring timely closure of recovery actions to support production commitments. Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to drive alignment, improve communication, and ensure successful execution of customer commitments and performance targets. Establish and maintain best in class procurement processes in alignment with corporate and division procedures
