This is a high-impact role focused on driving profitable growth and operational excellence through strong financial leadership and strategic partnership.

What you\’ll do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to site and divisional stakeholders, building strong relationships to influence decision-making.
- Drive financial performance by analyzing forecasts, actuals, and key business drivers to provide forward-looking insights.
- Champion continuous improvement by refining financial processes, schedules, and reporting tools.
- Promote financial stewardship by supporting cost control initiatives and improving forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the Plant Controller to support all aspects of financial planning and analysis.
- Be a visible presence across the site, ensuring Finance adds real value to the business.
Qualifications:
- CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles in a manufacturing environment
- Previous Finance Business partnering experience is desirable
Skills:
- SAP and Excel skills
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
