Our site is undergoing a significant and exciting transformation as we relocate to a newly constructed facility in Daedalus. This state‑of‑the‑art site will serve as the Centre of Excellence for aerospace manufacturing across Europe, marking a new era of innovation and excellence. We pride ourselves as a premier supplier of fully integrated fuel systems for fixed and rotary‑wing aircraft. We boast extensive fuel and air system test facilities, facilitating comprehensive testing across a range of conditions with various fuel types. Currently located in Titchfield, Hampshire, Eaton’s Aerospace business stands as a global leader in aerospace fuel systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure timely on‑time delivery of core shipment
  • Return As Is shipments
  • Booking house units to stock
  • Issuing house units to achieve on‑time delivery
  • Ad‑hoc queries from direct staff who have processing issues/labour queries
  • Become the knowledge holder for complex shipments (especially Military)
  • Receipt and process new repairs to contract review
  • Maintain accurate records through scanning
  • Complete and update action plans (4ups) relating to departmental targets
  • Contact & support customers where required to progress repair orders
  • Ensure daily TAKT rates are met
  • Attend weekly meeting to relay current information relating to targets to plan
  • Ensure urgent repairs are prioritised suitability through inspection and despatch stages
  • Support shipping in‑line with output plans
  • Drive Lean process improvements to reduce lead times
  • Undertake administrative duties to support Aftermarket operations
  • Troubleshoot/problem solve transactional errors/system errors
  • Ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

  • Good experience in working in Repairs (Part 145)
  • Good working knowledge of certification requirements CAA/EASA/FAA 8130 etc.
  • Proven record in using and driving Lean Manufacturing Techniques and working/leading in high performance teams
  • Good Excel working level
  • Ability to understand contractual requirements
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (MFG‑Pro) and especially repairs module
  • Experienced user of customer portals
