Eaton is supporting a growing SME in North Derbyshire to appoint a hands-on Management Accountant / Finance Manager. Reporting to the MD, you will own the day-to-day finance function and partner with operational managers to provide meaningful financial insight to drive commercial decisions.
You'll produce monthly management accounts, oversee a small finance team, manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, VAT, and balance sheet reconciliations, while seeking process improvements.
