The Production Planner plays a critical role in managing the production plan for the value stream they are assigned to. This position ensures the timely availability of finished parts and sub-assemblies to meet customer demands while aligning with production capacity and inventory strategies. Working closely with operations, procurement, logistics, and customer service, the Planner drives high service levels and customer satisfaction.What you’ll do:Develop and maintain production plan schedules, aligned with Customer Demand, inventory, delivery targets and capacity.Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, to ensure the timely delivery of finished parts to meet customer demandOwnership and management of S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) to ensure timely delivery of Aftermarket works orders.Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and planning reviews to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and operational constraints.Partner with Value Stream Manager to determine resource requirements and align internal and external resources with forecasted aftermarket demand, ensuring availability of materials, labour and production capability.Collaborate with Customer support and Program management teams to understand contract requirements, warranty policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock of parts to avoid shortages or excess inventory.Generate work orders, purchase requisitions, and shipping schedulesTrack order progress, resolve delays, and communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and customers.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on supply chain optimization, planning accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with aerospace regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, EASA) in all Aftermarket planning activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–5 years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or Aftermarket support, preferably within the aerospace or a highly regulated industry.Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS).Understanding of aerospace Aftermarket operations, including repairs, spares, and obsolescence management.Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesWhat we offer:Opportunity to work in a global, highly collaborative environmentChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative teamStrong focus on learning, development, and career progressionCompetitive compensation and benefits packageA culture that promotes inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement#LI-NK2All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
