Reporting into the Head of Sales, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of a busy sales function, ensuring teams are motivated, supported and consistently achieving their targets.

The Role As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the operational leadership of multiple B2B sales teams, ensuring sales processes are followed, customer service remains exceptional and commercial objectives are achieved.
Working closely with Team Leaders, you'll provide coaching, direction and support while monitoring performance, analysing sales data and implementing improvements that drive revenue and profitability.
