You could equally come from an accounts or finance background, but be someone who enjoys dealing with people, solving problems and taking responsibility for something broader than the numbers. Or perhaps you've worked in a smaller business where your role naturally spans property, finance, suppliers, contracts and general commercial activity. Numerically confident with good financial administration skills Comfortable dealing with tenants, suppliers and contractors Good at building relationships with different types of people Confident with Excel and comfortable learning new systems Previous property experience would certainly be useful, but we're equally interested in people with a strong finance or commercial background who have the organisation, confidence and common sense to take ownership of the portfolio.
