Eaton Syalon are working in Exclusive partnership with an outstanding client with sites across the north (including Leeds, Manchester) with a global footprint to hire a talented Senior Business Partner in to their team. Reporting into the People Director your remit will be truly broad with exposure to key senior stake holders across the North region. This role is pivotal in driving the performance and capability of our clients regional teams, ensuring alignment with overall business and people strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Senior Leader to develop a high-performing regional team
- Establish strong relationships with key Business Leaders
- Understand business needs and provide tailored guidance to Business Leaders.
- Develop commercial insights into regions and client groups to offer effective advice.
- Collaborate with Business Leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners on workforce planning and, future talent attraction.
- Collaborate on key change projects, providing strategic and operational guidance.
- Performance management
- Management of employee relations case load, offering expert advice to minimise business risk.
- Use MI to understand employee trends, address issues, and provide informed reports

Our client is keen to attract a suitably experienced Hr Generalist with evidence of experience partnering Senior Leaders within a people focused organisation. Its likely you are already a tenured Business Partner with excellent up to date HR Legislation knowledge, CIPD Level 5 is preferred however your experience is key. You will bring a blend of exceptional operational experience as well as the ability to deliver on key business projects.
