Sales Engineer Field-Based 55,000 – £65,000 + Company Car Eaton Syalon are partnering with a highly respected construction engineering business to recruit a Sales Engineer across South East Region . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in groundworks, civil engineering, formwork, technical construction sales or a design office background looking to move into a client-facing commercial role. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven position where you’ll be out on the road across the South East region meeting clients, visiting projects, managing live jobs and working closely with contractors and engineers. Managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion Building and developing relationships with contractors, engineers and consultants Reviewing and understanding technical drawings and project requirements Developing new business opportunities alongside existing accounts Managing project pipelines and forecasting opportunities Experience within construction, groundworks, civil engineering or formwork Commercial awareness and relationship-building ability Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Full UK Driving Licence is essential
