Eaton Syalon are partnering with a Nottingham-based organisation to recruit a Payroll Analyst to support their Payroll team on a short-term project. This role will play a key part in assisting with the transition to a new payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and supporting the payroll team during the implementation phase.
Our client is seeking a candidate who is available to start immediately and can commit to the full duration of the project.
Key Responsibilities- Auditing payroll data from the current system and assisting with migration to the new payroll platform
- Ensuring payroll data is accurately entered and validated within the new system
- Maintaining and reviewing payroll records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identifying and correcting payroll data discrepancies
- Supporting the Head of Payroll during the parallel run phase of the system implementation
- Assisting with data checks and reporting using Excel
- Essential experience using iTrent payroll software
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to review and analyse large data sets
- Previous experience working within a payroll function
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to start immediately and commit to a 3 month contract
