Are you an experienced sales leader within the audio visual sector looking for an opportunity to take ownership of international markets and drive growth on a global scale? Eaton Syalon are partnering with a leading international technology manufacturer in the appointment of an International Sales Manager to lead and develop sales activity across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected business operating globally through established distributor and partner networks, where you will play a key role in shaping international growth strategy whilst leading a small sales team.
The Opportunity
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of international territories, developing growth plans, strengthening distributor relationships and identifying new market opportunities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands on commercial activity and would suit somebody who enjoys building relationships, developing markets and leading people. International travel forms an important part of the role, providing regular opportunities to visit distributors, partners, customers and industry events across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international growth strategies across assigned territories
- Manage and grow distributor and partner relationships
- Identify new market opportunities and routes to market
- Deliver revenue and margin growth across international regions
- Lead, coach and develop a small sales team
- Support product launches and market expansion initiatives
- Attend international customer meetings, trade shows and partner events
- Work closely with marketing, operations and leadership teams to drive business growth
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline activity and territory performance
About You
We are keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:
- Experience within the Audio Visual (AV), Unified Communications or related technology sector
- Proven international sales experience
- Experience managing distributors, resellers or channel partners
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for revenue growth
- Experience developing and executing territory growth plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
