Eaton Syalon have been retained to partner with a high-growth SME to appoint a Group Financial Controller into the UK team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving financial integrity, control, and performance across the business\βs most complex operating entity.As Group Financial Controller, you will be at the heart of our UK operations, leading the finance function of a high-growth international engineering business. You will take full accountability for the month-end close, statutory reporting, and financial compliance, ensuring all outputs are accurate, timely, and transparent to support Group-level decision-making.In this role, you will lead a talented finance team through a period of transformation, embedding robust processes and best-in-class use of financial systems while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. You will act as a trusted partner to operational, commercial, and project teams, providing clear insights into financial risks, opportunities, and project profitability.You will also play a pivotal role in shaping the efficiency and scalability of their finance systems, taking responsibility for the integrity of financial data and championing innovative, data-driven solutions.
