FP&A Manager – Interim
6 – 9 Months
Hybrid – 2 days a week at site
Eaton Syalon are working in exclusive partnership with a brilliant organisation based in Derbyshire to hire a talented FP&A Manager.
Working with the senior team you will hold responsibility for:
- Leading the production of monthly service/departmental performance reports, including providing insight through meaningful commentaries and variance analysis. Support regular financial forecasts highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Supporting budget holders to develop their financial confidence and capability to ensure that financial decisions are informed.
- Provide financial and commercial analysis to support planning and business cases.
- Leading on the preparation and co-ordination of the annual budget production and quarterly forecast process; collaborate with department heads and directors to build budgets.
We are keen to talk to you if you are a qualified Accountant – ACMA preferred with the ability to quickly see and summarise the big picture balanced with a keen eye for detail. You will have extremely well developed communication skills, working with non-finance heads to deliver and translate clear financial data. Our client’s business has gone through extensive change over the last few months with further transformation planned; you will need to be comfortable managing sometimes conflicting priorities in a changing environment.
