Eaton Syalon is working with a growing and dynamic business in Derbyshire to recruit a talented and motivated ERP Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation committed to innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

As the ERP Analyst, you will play a key role in optimising the company’s ERP systems and business processes. The business is going through an implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, so your expertise with this system will support the organisation in improving efficiency, streamlining operations, and ensuring data accuracy across departments. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and enhance business processes across departments, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations
  • Maintain and manage ERP system data to ensure accuracy, security, and usability
  • Deliver training and support to ERP users, promoting best practices and system adoption
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues and collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve them
  • Integrate ERP with other business-critical systems and tools
  • Identify and implement system improvements to drive efficiency and performance
Person Profile:
  • Solid understanding of business processes in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing ERP projects from planning through to delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and SQL is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value
