Hybrid Working (4 days office based/ 1 day working from home). Eaton Syalon are currently recruiting for an E-commerce Optimisation Executive to join a fast paced digital team operating within a high-traffic online environment. This role focuses on improving website performance through insight, testing and continuous optimisation. It is well suited to someone who enjoys understanding customer behaviour, running experiments and using data to drive measurable improvements across the online customer journey. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in testing, learning and refining the on-site experience.

The Role:

  • Analysing customer journeys and on-site behaviour to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Planning, setting up and evaluating A/B and multivariate tests
  • Supporting on-site personalisation initiatives to improve relevance and engagement
  • Working closely with analytics and digital teams to interpret performance data
  • Using experimentation and optimisation tools to measure impact
  • Turning insight into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of conversion and customer experience

This role would suit someone who:
