Eaton Syalon are partnering exclusively with a well established and values led education setting in Long Eaton to recruit a School Office Manager. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role sitting at the heart of the school’s daily operations. You will oversee the full administrative function, ensuring finance, HR processes and compliance run smoothly and efficiently. This is not a corporate operations role; this is about leading a busy school office environment with professionalism, structure and calm authority.

The Role
- Leading and line managing the school admin team
- Overseeing finance administration including reconciliations, reporting support and contract registers
- Supporting payroll preparation and HR documentation
- Managing recruitment administration and onboarding processes
- Ensuring accurate pupil and staff data management
- Overseeing GDPR compliance and statutory processes
- Supporting health & safety and compliance documentation
- Coordinating lettings and income generating activities
You will report directly to the Headteacher and act as the operational backbone of the school.
