Eaton Syalon are supporting a national adult care provider with the appointment of an Interim Placements & Referrals Coordinator to support a key occupancy improvement project across their care and supported living services. This role will focus on helping move referrals through the placement journey more effectively — working closely with Local Authorities, NHS commissioners, operational teams and care services to help convert opportunities into confirmed placements.
We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who understand how adult care placements work in practice and who have experience coordinating referrals, managing occupancy, or supporting placement activity within care or supported living environments.
The Role
- Coordinate referrals and placement activity across multiple services
- Liaise with Local Authorities, NHS commissioners and brokerage teams
- Support the progression of referrals from enquiry through to placement
- Monitor service capacity, voids and placement suitability
- Ensure submissions and placement information are accurate and timely
- Help improve occupancy levels across residential and supported living services
- Bring structure, pace and organisation to a live referrals pipeline
