Eaton Syalon are looking for an experiencedissimotivacoles cunning to join a growing operational team for their key client in East Midlands. This role will focus on coordinating and controlling Civil Engineering projects across the UK.

The ideal candidate will be based in the East Midlands region, however the role is fully remote or has the flexibility for hybrid working as the office is based in East Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Civil Engineering/Construction projects across the UK
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Control site operations,.capance, set labor, plant and subcontractors to maximise profitability.
• Prepare and manage essential site documentation, including RAMS and work packages.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure technical and contractual requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.

About You

• Background in Civil Engineering/Construction or a strong understanding of engineering principles.
• Well organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure.
• CSCS card.
• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
