Eaton Syalon are exclusively partnering with a leading business to recruit an experienced Interim Project Manager to lead a Salesforce-to-ERP integration programme. The IFS integration is a key workstream, and this role will own delivery from the client side. We are looking for a commercially aware, delivery-focused PM with proven experience managing enterprise integration or transformation programmes through external partners. The role is remote by default, with occasional travel to Sheffield, Scunthorpe and other UK sites around mobilisation, key milestones and cutover.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining the programme plan, RAID log, change log and decision log.
- Managing governance, steering packs, minutes and action tracking.
- Running weekly delivery boards and cutover stand-ups.
- Producing clear weekly status updates for senior stakeholders.
- Tracking partner delivery against scope, timelines and statements of work.
- Managing change control, including costed approvals before work proceeds.
- Validating vendor invoices against delivered effort.
- Coordinating CRM, ERP, testing, UAT, cutover and release activity.
- Surfacing risks, dependencies and key decisions to the steering group.
- Proven PM experience on enterprise integration or transformation programmes.
- Experience delivering through external implementation partners.
- Prior Salesforce and Salesforce-to-ERP integration experience.
- IFS experience preferred, or comparable enterprise ERP experience.
- Strong RAID, planning, change-log and reporting discipline.
- Commercial delivery experience, including SOWs, change orders and invoice validation.
- Confident running steering and delivery cadences end-to-end.
- Clear, concise communication with senior stakeholders.
- UK-based, eligible to work and flexible to travel when required.
