Eaton Syalon are delighted to be supporting our client to recruit a Credit Control Administrator to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with credit control, credit risk, or customer onboarding experience to join a supportive team environment.
You will play a key role in:
- Onboarding new customers and managing customer account setup processes
- Assessing new account applications and making informed credit decisions
- Identifying and mitigating potential credit risks and fraudulent applications
- Liaising with internal commercial teams to support business objectives
- Resolving customer queries via telephone and email in a professional manner
- Ensuring all company policies, procedures, and key controls are adhered to
- Supporting the wider finance function and undertaking additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience within credit control, credit risk or a similar finance administration role
