Eaton Syalon are partnering exclusively with a Castle Donnington based business to recruit an experienced Finance and Office Administrator on a permanent basis. You will be joining a close-knit team that values honesty, hard work, and a good sense of humour. They are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to help with Purchase Ledger and general transactional duties. However, the role will also require general administration and creating social media content.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing all supplier invoices and ensuring nominal coding in Sage is correct
- Digitally filing all supplier invoices once in Sage
- Dealing with finance emails accordingly
- Reconciliation & verification of Credit Card Statements
- Administration work for Health & Safety Manager
- Create Social Media content for engagement and publish
- You may be required to undertake other roles periodically at the Finance Director's request
