Eaton Syalon is partnering exclusively with a Castle Donington-based business to recruit an experienced Finance and Office Administrator on a permanent basis. You will be joining a close-knit team that values honesty, hard work, and a good sense of humour. They are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to assist with Purchase Ledger and general transactional duties. Additionally, the role involves general administration and creating social media content.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing all supplier invoices and ensuring nominal coding in Sage is correct
- Digitally filing all supplier invoices in Sage
- Managing finance emails accordingly
- Reconciliation and verification of Credit Card Statements
- Providing administrative support for the Health & Safety Manager
- Creating and publishing social media content for engagement
- Undertaking other roles periodically as required by the Finance Director
