Eaton Syalon are supporting a well-established business in Ilkeston with the recruitment of a Temporary Customer Service Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, handling queries and supporting day-to-day operations in a busy office environment. You will be joining a friendly team where providing a high level of service is key.
The Role:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Processing customer orders from receipt through to completion, updating CRM systems accurately
- Raising and issuing invoices, supporting billing queries and ensuring information is correct
- Creating, processing and tracking purchase orders in line with internal procedures
- Investigating and resolving customer queries, delivery issues and discrepancies
- Liaising with internal teams including sales, logistics and accounts to ensure smooth order fulfilment
