We are partnering exclusively with a high-growth, FTSE-listed Plc that's expanding its Group Financial Accounting Team. Due to ongoing growth and acquisitions, there's a fantastic opportunity for a qualified ACA to join the business in a broad, high-impact role.
You will work closely with the Group Reporting Manager, Group Financial Controller and have direct exposure to the Group CFO, gaining insight into group-wide strategy and operations. This role offers exceptional learning, genuine progression opportunities, and the chance to make your mark within a listed, acquisitive environment.
We're looking for someone technically strong, detail-focused, and confident in communication—someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and grow quickly within a fast-paced, high-performing finance function.
Key Responsibilities will include:- Supporting the preparation of the Group Annual Report and Interim Financial Report
- Assisting with technical accounting matters and the implementation of new financial standards
- Coordinating and managing the external audit process
- Supporting the fair value process for acquisitions and assisting with integration
- Preparing subsidiary accounts for a range of companies within the group
- Assisting with month-end accounting for head office entities
- Taking ownership of cash flow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Getting involved in a range of ad hoc financial projects
You're a newly qualified ACA, ideally with a Top 10 background, who's ready to take on responsibility and develop quickly in a high-performance team.
