Assistant Finance Manager Up to £35,000 depending on experience On-site based Eaton Syalon are supporting our Derbyshire based client to recruit an Assistant Finance Manager to work in their busy, fast-paced Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, youll take responsibility for processing payroll data for one of the businesses within the group. Youll produce payment runs, approve suppliers, complete bank reconciliations and support the Finance Manager with some month-end tasks. Key Responsibilities: Daily banking receipts and bank reconciliationProcessing and controlling weekly payment run and other ad hoc paymentsResolving credit or debit balancesWeekly outstanding debtors reportMonthly payroll submissions and administrationProcessing expensesSupplier set upCredit checksOther tasks as requested by the Finance ManagerWe're looking for candidates who are AAT qualified or qualified by experience. Ideally you will have payroll processing experience and will have experience having word in a varied accounts role at a similar level. The role requires a well-organised individual who is happy working in a fast-paced setting, able to manage multiple priorities.
