Derbyshire Hybrid Role

Eaton Syalon are delighted to be supporting our client to recruit a Credit Control Administrator to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with credit control, credit risk, or customer onboarding experience to join a supportive team environment. You will play a key role in onboarding new customers, assessing credit risk, maintaining accurate customer data, and protecting the business from fraudulent applications.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the business while developing your skills within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers and manage customer account setup processes
  • Assess new account applications and make informed credit decisions
  • Identify and mitigate potential credit risks and fraudulent applications
  • Manage and respond to enquiries within the departmental inbox
  • Record and maintain detailed communication records
  • Liaise with internal commercial teams to support business objectives
  • Resolve customer queries via telephone and email in a professional manner
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, and key controls are adhered to
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the wider finance function and undertake additional duties as required
