The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
Due to continued success, the Private Client team is seeking an experienced Solicitor/CILEX/Fee Earner qualified by experience with a minimum of 2 years PQE (or similar experience) to further strengthen the team and build upon achievements. You will handle a wide range of non-contentious Private Client matters, including but not limited to the following:
- Wills
- Tax and Estate Planning
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection Matters
- Creation and Administration of Trusts
You will need to have the ability to work autonomously as you will be responsible for your own caseload, together with excellent client care skills. Specific experience in assisting high net worth clients and more complex estates would be advantageous, but not essential. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to partake in networking/business development are desirable.
