With over 650 professionals worldwide, the boutique delivers investment banking, asset management, and private capital services to mid-market companies, families, and investors. Their Real Estate team is experiencing strong growth, having secured a series of high-quality mandates and are seeking to add a Vice President to join their team of 12 in the London office.
The VP will play a critical role in the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions, with a sector focus on Residential, Healthcare, and Hospitality. There is also an opportunity for the candidate to develop skills both originating business and adding to the team’s expertise within the Real Estate sector.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the execution of complex transactions from origination through to completion
- Prepare and present business plans, marketing materials, and in-depth financial analysis to clients and investors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Contribute to business development efforts and support sector-specific knowledge building
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- 6–9 years of professional experience with a proven track record of leading and supporting full-cycle M&A transactions, from origination to execution
- Background in the Real Estate sector, demonstrated through academic studies and/or hands-on experience
- Exceptional financial modelling and PowerPoint skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong team player, capable of working collaboratively across a team
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
