Take a central role in executing mid-market transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient deal processes in addition to:
- Managing analysts and associates.
- Leading the development and review of detailed financial models and transaction analyses.
- Conducting thorough valuation work to support strategic recommendations.
- Preparing CIMs, management presentations, and marketing materials of the highest standard.
- Supporting the planning and end-to-end execution of live M&A transactions.
- Coordinating and managing comprehensive business due diligence.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the deal cycle.
Key Requirements
- 7 years of M&A experience within Investment Banking.
- Strong exposure to sell-side transactions, ideally with experience in the wider Consumer health space.
- Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute M&A processes with confidence.
- Strong academic background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Second language would be highly beneficial.
