Eaton Recruitment is pleased to be working with a leading international investment bank to appoint a Senior Analyst within its Consumer team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded advisory platform with an excellent reputation for advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.

While the role spans the wider Consumer sector, experience within Food & Beverage is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across the Consumer sector, with a particular focus on Food & Beverage.
  • Build and review complex financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations.
  • Conduct detailed industry, market, and company research to support live transactions and business development.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and work closely with clients, legal advisers, and other transaction stakeholders.
  • Support senior bankers in originating new business opportunities and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop junior analysts, ensuring high-quality execution across deal teams.

Experience & Requirements

  • Current experience as a Senior Analyst (or equivalent) within an investment bank, M&A advisory firm, or corporate finance boutique.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage transactions is preferred, although candidates with broader Consumer M&A experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality client materials.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple live transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working within deal teams.
