Eaton Recruitment is working with a mid‐market investment bank seeking a talented M&A Associate to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work across both the consumer and industrial sectors, gaining exposure to dynamic deals and high‐impact transactions.

Your Role
- Lead M&A transactions from start to finish, from due diligence to financial modelling to client presentations.
- Mentor junior team members, helping them grow while ensuring top‐tier execution across the board.
