Eaton Recruitment is partnering with a leading bulge bracket bank seeking to hire a Vice President into its Energy, Infrastructure & Energy Transition Investment Banking team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing and collaborative 15-person team, advising global clients on large-scale M&A, strategic advisory and capital raising transactions across sectors shaping the future of infrastructure and energy.

The Role
As a Vice President, you will play a key role in driving the execution of complex transactions, supporting senior bankers on client coverage while managing key deal workstreams and overseeing junior team members. You will work closely with senior leadership while gaining exposure to high-profile infrastructure and energy transactions across Europe and globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution workstreams across M&A, corporate finance and capital raising transactions
- Support senior bankers with client relationship management and origination initiatives
- Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis and transaction materials
- Prepare and deliver pitch books, marketing materials and client presentations
- Analyse capital structures and financing solutions for infrastructure and energy assets
- Conduct detailed industry, market and company analysis
- Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams including debt, equity and advisory specialists
- Work closely with investors, funds, developers and external advisors
Ideal Candidate
- 5–7 years’ experience within Investment Banking or a closely related sector
- Strong experience across M&A and capital raising transactions
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across complex transactions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
