Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex negotiations on behalf of clients in distressed situations.
- Perform valuations of clients and target businesses.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes.
- Write detailed reports to analyse financial situations, both current and projected.
- Establish financing solutions to meet the needs of all involved parties.
- Stay updated on market developments and transactions in the restructuring space.
