Eaton Recruitment is proud to work alongside an independent IB specializing in the renewable energy and construction sectors. Our client is highly experienced in identifying, structuring, and commercializing opportunities throughout the UK and Europe. In addition to this, our client also carries out asset management services for subsidy-free renewable energy projects, as well as owning and operating a portfolio of property developments across the South of the UK.
As a result of their continued success, they are seeking an Investment Associate who can identify and deliver new investment opportunities across solar, onshore wind, waste to energy, and battery storage.
Duties include:
- Structuring and launching investment vehicles
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis for proposed investments
- Preparation of investment appraisals
- Asset and financial management
- Researching new opportunities, businesses, and technologies
- Supporting due diligence, transaction documentation, and overall deal execution
Our client is looking for candidates that demonstrate previous (3 – 5 years) experience in fundraising and deal execution within the renewables sector, in addition to:
- Excellent academic background
- Strong ability to undertake complex financial modeling
- Bolt-on strategies
- IPC experience
