Their London team is looking to hire an Associate to join their established team of 18 professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from a Big Four Restructuring, Deal Advisory, or Corporate Finance background, as well as those with relevant leveraged finance experience, who are looking to gain exposure to more complex, high-profile, and intellectually challenging transactions.
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of restructuring and special situations mandates, supporting clients through financial distress, debt refinancing, and turnaround scenarios.
Key Requirements:- Experience within restructuring, debt advisory, leveraged finance, or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of debt refinancing and restructuring processes.
- Previous exposure to complex financial transactions and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills.
