Eaton recruitment is proud to be working alongside a prestigious international advisory boutique based in Mayfair. Our client is looking to grow their debt advisory team of 30 generalists; however, the successful candidate will have a tilt towards real assets (infra and energy). The team is made up of 2 SMDs, 2 MDs, 5 Director/VPs, and the remainder analysts and associates.

Type of mandates include:

  • Debt refinancings
  • Amend and extends
  • Acquisition financing
  • Restructuring

We need someone like you to help them in different fronts:

  • Lead the execution of debt advisory mandates across the infra and energy space
  • Financial modelling and technical analysis
  • Manage the conversations with the different stakeholders (Sponsors, Investors, Lenders, Rating Agencies, Lawyers, etc.)
  • Legal documentation negotiation (Term Sheet and long-form documentation)
  • Supervise and mentor the team's junior members

They have an excellent training programme for juniors as evidenced by high performing senior bankers who joined years ago and strong associate exits (private equity, HY private credit). This recognition reflects the strength of their infrastructure platform and the outstanding work of their team across a series of landmark transactions spanning digital infrastructure, renewables, utilities, and transport.

You will be supported by a top industry team from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, speaking over 14 major languages. It's an ideal opportunity for an experienced professional looking to be outside the constraints of a larger, hierarchical financial institution for an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial firm, where his/her contribution will be readily apparent every day.
