Eaton is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a Junior Vice President to join one of the world\’s leading elite boutique investment banks. This role focuses on high-profile, cross-border M&A transactions within the technology sector, particularly across media, data & information services, and GRC (governance, risk & compliance) sub-sectors.

Our client is seeking a mature, driven candidate to help strengthen and develop their existing team of eight, bridging the gap between three Directors and a pool of five Associates and Analysts.

Key Requirements:

• 5–9 years of technology-related M&A experience within Investment Banking
• Proven execution capabilities
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Collaborative team player with leadership potential
• Fluent in both verbal and written communication

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-border M&A transactions in the tech space
• Support senior bankers in managing and expanding client relationships
• Build detailed financial models and apply various valuation methodologies
• Conduct industry and company research to identify strategic opportunities and support deal origination
