Your Role

• Lead M&A transactions from start to finish, from due diligence to financial modelling to client presentations.
• Mentor junior team members, helping them grow while ensuring top‑tier execution across the board.
• Take part in negotiations, helping clients navigate complex deals with precision.
• Develop and present high‑impact marketing materials – pitch books, proposals, and more.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry players across both sectors.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of M&A experience, ideally from a boutique, advisory firm, or mid‑market investment bank.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.

• Exceptional communication skills with experience in client‑facing roles.
