Eaton Recruitment are pleased to be working alongside a premier investment bank with deep industry expertise, who provide strategic advisory services to entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, private equity firms, and leading public and private companies across North America, Europe, Asia, Israel, and Latin America.

As part of a growing team with a strong pipeline of transactions, our client is looking to add an Infrastructure Senior Analyst who will be actively involved in both advisory and principal investment transactions from the outset. The role requires a highly motivated individual with a solid technical foundation, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Modelling
  • Assist in drafting term sheets across the capital structure, including Senior, Mezzanine, Securitisation, PIK, Second Lien, and High Yield instruments.
  • Support the preparation of marketing and information materials for banks and financial institutions participating in financing processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks and credit institutions; handle day-to-day communication and manage queries throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Assess the appropriate debt level and debt structure for the potential acquisition.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience particularly in infrastructure sectors such as Energy, Renewables, Airports, and Transport.
  • Deal Structuring
  • Assisting with documentation process.
  • Work closely with M&A colleagues to align financing delivery with deal timelines and strategic objectives.
  • Discuss derivatives structures.
Key Requirements:
  • 3 years of relevant experience within an investment bank or 5 years within BIG4.
  • Solid understanding of debt products across the capital structure, including senior, subordinated, and structured instruments.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of finance documentation and credit processes.
  • A clear and genuine ambition to build a long-term career in debt advisory and capital markets.
  • Preferably some experience in project finance, infrastructure, or acquisition finance.
  • Outstanding academic background, ideally with a degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modelling capabilities, including proficiency in building cash flow models and performing detailed financial ratio analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, coupled with sound commercial judgement.
  • Familiarity with the UK and broader European investment banking landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
