Our client is a global investment banking and asset management firm with deep expertise in emerging economies across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. With a strong track record in delivering innovative solutions across high‑growth markets, they are seeking a driven and talented Senior Associate to join their energy & infrastructure team in London. This is an exciting opportunity with a strong focus on growth in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of M&A and financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation analyses, and transaction due diligence.
  • Prepare presentations and pitch materials for client meetings.
  • Work closely with senior bankers to deliver strategic advice and solutions to clients.
  • Help maintain and grow relationships with clients, advisors, and key stakeholders across target markets.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in M&A, project finance, or relevant advisory roles within investment banking or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with hands‑on experience in financial modelling and valuation.
  • In‑depth understanding of the energy and infrastructure sectors; exposure to emerging markets is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a team‑oriented and collaborative approach.
