Eaton Recruitment is proud to be associated with one of the UK\’s leading debt advisory firms, providing capital markets and advisory services to a number of Europe’s leading private equity firms. Experienced in over 150 transactions, our partner-owned client is looking for an associate to join their small team of 20, providing support to their partners on day-to-day deal executions, helping sponsors meet their unique financial objectives.

Duties to include:

• Key point of contact with clients, lawyers, and lenders
• Develop new relationships with lenders and private equity houses
• Preparation and negotiation of transitional terms

We would be interested in candidates that have a strong debt advisory background, either within Big Four or a bank, an outstanding academic background, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
