A leading boutique investment bank is seeking an Associate to join their growing team in London, focusing on M&A across a variety of sectors.
The ideal candidate will be sector agnostic and will already possess a solid foundation in financial modelling and investment banking skills, gained through M&A internships, corporate finance roles at one of the Big 4 firms, or as a junior in investment banking or corporate M&A.
Our client offers a very competitive compensation package and has a strong track record of very high deal flow, where you will gain significant exposure to live execution work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of ongoing deals, including M&A transactions, financing, and capital markets
- Assist senior bankers in delivering strategic advice to clients, including:
- Developing strategic ideas
- Preparing pitch books and presentation materials
- Performing data analysis
- Building and maintaining financial models (operating models, capital models, merger models, LBO, etc.
