Assistant GreenKeeper job vacancy
Eaton Golf Club is a Private Members Club located in Waverton which is just South of Chester.
The Club prides itself on consistently delivering a high standard of work.
Joining a motivated team of five, the successful candidate will, as a minimum, be expected to demonstrate a proven track record of the following:
· Experience in green-keeping of at least two years.
· NVQ level 2 in Green-keeping or Higher in Sports Turf Management
· Able to carry out all standing green-keeping tasks.
· Understanding of Health and Safety Legislation.
It would be an advantage but not essential to have:
· Pa1, 2 and 6a Spraying certificate.
· Chainsaw Certificate
The successful candidate will need to be prepared to work on weekends on a rota basis and overtime is paid for these hours.
This is a full-time position and the salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience. The company operate a company personal pension and a life cover scheme and all green keepers are registered with BIGGA. All staff also benefit from PPE, uniform, and staff discounts.
The Club are supportive for personal development to include any training.
