Position Overview: The primary function of the job is to provide Prefab Solution application related activities within EA country either direct to customer or through partners, working together with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed annual sales and growth targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promoting Eaton products and Prefab Containerized Solutions as requested by regional or local customer groups and consultants.
- Identify potential new Prefab Integrators and diversify into new segments/customers.
- Build strong relationships with Prefab Integrators.
- Develop attractive Eaton solutions with competitive pricing for Sales, Partners, Consultants, and End Users.
- Provide technical solutions and proposal advice to support other FAEs in EA regions in securing tenders or succeeding in tender interviews/clarifications.
- Conduct product and solution sharing, specifying Eaton brand and its products and solutions to influencers and decision makers.
- Develop and execute regional FAE strategy plans to enhance the Prefab Solutions support capability among regions.
- Support Sales and FAEs in different regions for Tender Bidding, such as guidance on Compliance Specifications and liaison with the factory for the best solution offering.
- Constantly provide feedback to the factory on market trends and competitive product gaps to help improve the Prefab Integrator capability and certifications development direction.
- Decent knowledge of containerized solutions involving LV & MV Power Distribution, Mechanical Cooling and Ventilation systems, Fire & Sprinkler systems, and DCIM knowledge would be considered advantages.
- Know-how of Containerized system integration works in the design stage.
- To be committed and responsible for Quality Management System (QMS): Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking, provide necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS, communicate the importance of conforming to QMS requirements, ensure the QMS meets its goals, engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree, major in engineering.
Qualifications:
- Significant Electrical & Mechanical Product/Services Knowledge - Knowledge of low voltage, medium voltage products, cooling, and electrical design.
- Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances.
- Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- 10+ years related experience in power distribution product & marketing.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Takes initiative and instils confidence in peers and sales personnel.
- Strong Time Management Skills.
- Strong Presentation/Training and Communication Skills.
- AutoCAD & Revit Drawing expert.
- Teamwork & Cross Department Collaboration.
