Responsible for driving Eaton’s revenue within large international Data Centre operating companies in the regional sales segment. Location: Remote – Greater London Area.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, own, and execute an agreed, sponsored commercial account plan to meet targets for sales, orders, pipeline, product mix, margin/profitability, and relationships across key functions and levels.
  • Identify, build and maintain positive relationships with all decision makers and influencers who impact current or future business with Eaton.
  • Understand and articulate the client buying process and identify and secure revenue opportunities within assigned account(s).
  • Understand, capture and address client challenges and requirements, leveraging Eaton’s portfolio.
  • Oversee and align commercial and engineering responses to tenders and client requirements.
  • Finalize commercial processes, secure purchase orders and framework agreements, ensuring a smooth handover to post‑order project management, product services and customer support teams.
  • Maintain oversight of all commercial engagements to support customer success, satisfaction, and vendor performance.
  • Be knowledgeable on client business, commercial condition, structure, strategy, operations and challenges, and articulate opportunities, risks, and growth for Eaton.
  • Advocate and communicate the benefits of supporting assigned accounts within Eaton.
  • Report account numbers, targets, and forecast for order intake and revenue, and provide ongoing narrative and metrics reporting.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and stakeholders at function, country, region, and global levels to provide support and add value to the client.
  • Provide internal stakeholders and functional departments with account‑specific guidance and insights necessary for execution.
  • Build a multi‑lane bridge between Eaton and the client organization, coordinating R&D, product managers, BU engineers, BDM, marketing, PMO, services, sales operations, order management, supply chain, leadership, and executive management.
  • Request and support marketing campaigns (ABM) and activities to grow Eaton’s relationships and business with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher diploma in science, engineering, or equivalent Data Centre industry experience.
  • Relevant experience in the Data Centre business is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and coordinate others, with entrepreneurial spirit, strong customer affinity and influence.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Data Centre design and operations; a technical and engineering presence is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills to relate with leaders of target customers.
  • Knowledgeable on identifying and implementing new tools and processes.
  • Ability to support, lead, listen, and direct when appropriate.
