- Has completed a recognised apprenticeship or has experience to an equivalent depth.

- A wide skill base within an MRO environment useful.

- Experience with US ITAR‑controlled technology, goods or information; may be required to undergo an additional screening process as part of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Strip, survey, rebuild and PAT of electrical LRUs (black boxes) to agreed engineering methods and processes.
- Conduct PCB component‑level repairs.
- Complete surveys and repairs to agreed practices.
- Support and conform to quality procedures to maintain compliance, ensuring adherence to defined processes and procedures.
- Work autonomously to carry out tasks without supervision.
- Work with the team to identify and drive productivity and performance improvement opportunities, supporting cost reductions.
- Contribute to the continuous development of safety, health and environmental requirements within the team’s work area.
- Actively support and progress one’s own development needs to ensure task flexibility via the use of the skill matrix.
- Attend the start‑of‑shift meeting with the team to understand targets and any key issues.
- Attend the work‑scheduling meeting each morning.
- Escalate issues to the Value Stream Manager in a timely manner.
