What you'll do:
The Services Cluster Manager for UK, Ireland & Nordics is a senior business leader with full P&L accountability for an approximately 100+ MUSD services business and leadership responsibility for approximately 250+ employees across Finland, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Sweden, the Baltics, the United Kingdom and Ireland. The role sets the cluster strategy and translates EMEA Services priorities into clear commercial and operational plans that accelerate profitable growth, strengthen customer loyalty and deliver consistently high-quality service.
Leading Lifecycle Services, Project Services and Commercial Services, the Cluster Manager brings together geographically dispersed teams behind a common vision and performance culture. The role is accountable for revenue, margin, shapes market opportunities, develops integrated service offerings and ensures effective execution. As the senior Services representative for the cluster, the Cluster Manager champions Eaton's values, environment, health and safety standards, continuous improvement and an inclusive, high-engagement culture while positioning the business for sustainable long-term growth.
- Responsible for the consolidated Services Cluster financial (P&L) and operational targets across Lifecycle Services, Project Services, and Digital Services
- Build, develop and manage Cluster Services organization covering multiple countries within the consolidated cluster structure
- Lead and coordinate Lifecycle Services teams acting as Country Service Leaders across cluster geography
- Oversee Project Services execution within the cluster, ensuring alignment with central Project Product Line governance
- Drive collaboration between cluster teams and EMEA Service Product Lines (PD Services, UPS Services, Life Safety Services, Projects Services, Digital)
- Continuous development of organizational capability by providing training, filling gaps with new talents in collaboration with HR
- Implements highest ethics and EHS (health and safety) standards and culture in Service teams across the cluster
- Drive for operational excellence with maximized availability, productivity and efficiency by leveraging synergies across the larger consolidated cluster
- Support and benefit from EMEA field service engineers pool coordinating with EMEA service operations
- Implements standard tools and processes across the cluster in line with common EMEA Services directives and Operational Excellence framework
- Ensure standard work processes, instructions and guidelines are developed and fully deployed
- Develop and deploy service strategies for profitable growth aligned with EMEA Service Product Lines and central functions
- Introduce and deploy the standard Services portfolio in the markets, managing go-to-market and pricing in coordination with Product Lines
- Drive a proactive services sales approach across the cluster, collaborating with the Commercial Services function
- Manage the lifecycle of electrical products sold in the cluster by recording, maintaining and tracking installed-base data and maximizing service coverage
- Maintain connections with Sales Zones and Country Sales Organizations, leveraging synergies across the larger cluster footprint
- Interface with key customers to source new business and maintain current client relations
- Manage Authorized Service Partners in the cluster through the dedicated ASP Management function
- Coordinate with the Center of Excellence for Inside Sales, Quotation, Order Management and Contract Management support
- Represent the cluster in regular business reviews covering commercial, financial and operational performance and report predefined KPIs
Qualifications:
- University Degree Level or equivilent, perferably engineering or business related; MBA an advantage
- 10-15+ years of general management (P&L) experience with commercial and similar Services operational skills
- International multi-country and multicultural management experience
Skills:
- Strong commercial knowledge of service business development, consultative selling, key-account management, go-to-market strategy, portfolio management, pricing, quotations, contracts and profitable growth
- Strong operational knowledge of field-service delivery, workforce and capacity planning, resource utilization, productivity, safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory and subcontractor management
- Knowledge of service financial management, including P&L, forecasting, orders, revenue, margin, cash, working capital and performance indicators
- Knowledge of Project Services execution and governance, including tender-to-execution handover, project risk, change management and customer acceptance
- Technical knowledge or field experience in Power Quality (UPS), Power Distribution (low-voltage/medium-voltage switchgear and products), or Life Safety (Emergency Lighting and Fire systems)
- Understanding of lifecycle services, installed-base management, service agreements and Authorized Service Partner models
- Ability to connect commercial priorities with operational capability to ensure commitments are deliverable, profitable and aligned with customer expectations
- Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset to manage a larger consolidated cluster
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written; additional cluster languages are an advantage
- Strong financial acumen for managing an increased P&L scope
- Experience working in a matrix organization in a multicultural environment
- Experienced manager of people across multiple countries
- Ability to influence key stakeholders, including Service Product Line Leaders
- Intercultural awareness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to represent the business internally and externally
